As your body temperature increases, start drinking cool water, sip water every 15 minutes to stay hydrated.
You can also take a cool bath to reduce your body temperature.
In another method fill a tub with ice cubes and dip your feet in the tub. This will give you immense of relief.
2. Coconut Water
Coconut water is another option for water to treat heat during summers. It helps in rehydrating your body. In addition to this, it is also loaded with nutrients that help to lift your energy level.
